The staff were really helpful and service-oriented people. The rooms they offer were tastefully decorated and brand-new with a single bed and a TV, as for instance. It was very handy to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel.

Staff is service-oriented and you can park your car outside the property. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with the kitchenette as well as sofa was not a problem.

My room had a safe box, multi-channel television, and cable TV with on-demand movies. the fact that there was a bath in the room was a plus for me. the hotel's location next to metro line 7, a metro station, a metro stop, and a large supermarket was very convenient.

I was in the lowest price studio and was very surprised with the overall. it as a full kitchenet, with frige, microwave, cofe machine, etc. there were two beds and a nice couch that can turn into a couple bed a table with four chairs, the internet is free now. The staff is very nice!
I was there for 5 nights (stuck because of the vulcano) and the room was clean only one time. The chairs and tables in the garden weren't cleanned.

A decent size, soundproof units provided with sofa, a pull out couch plus a terrace. Particularly good and perfectly comfortable location walk from a tube station, easy to get around:)))
Beds were not comfortable.

1) Location - Very close to metro and access to Casino Supermarket, Pizzeria and browsing centers close to metro - super market is open till 22:00 Mon-Sat and till 12:30 on Sun 2) Friendly and flexible staff 3) Kitchenette complete with all accesories 4) Duplex rooms open out to patio - ideal for family dinner
1) No elevators - was difficult to carry luggage up to 2nd floor where triple rooms (6 pers) were located 2) Non-availability of additional garbage covers inside the room 3) Internet did not work for us and staff could not the problem

I had an amazing value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a self-catering stay. The location was great, just a short walk from the Metro station, making it easy to explore Paris and other destinations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
The only thing that could've made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options.

The front desk staff was very responsive to our questions about the area, transportation and local safety. The availability of a kitchen in our room was the best benefit. It was a safe residential neighborhood. Great place for a family and close to the Metro and a local store. Very satisfied.

The location, while a bit far from center and not ideal for those arriving by public transport, it was perfect for us as we were driving our rental car through France and did not want to drive right into the center of Paris. It is just outside the Périphérique, so it was easy to drive in and out, and with a metro station just a few steps away, easy to reach all the sights. There is a supermarket right beside, so we could take advantage of their well-equipped kitchenette and save money by making our own breakfasts and dinners. We had everything we needed, they even have a computer for guest use. Very practical and comfortable.
The bathroom, toilet and kitchen counter were close to needing renovation. Still clean, but a little used and old look. By the pictures in their pamphlet, other units seem completely new, so I hope that ours will also be soon redone.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it very convenient for exploring Paris. The rooms in the newer building are spacious and well-maintained, with their own area complete with table and chairs. The staff is friendly and eager to help, offering assistance with directions and even printing out documents when needed. Additionally, there is a big supermarket nearby, making it convenient for those staying in the apartments.
The hotel staff made us feel cared for and nothing was too much trouble.
